Our average turnaround time is 2-3 business days per task. However, this may vary depending on the complexity of the project. For example:

-Simple graphics or copy edits: 1-2 business days

-Video/podcast editing: 2-3 business days

-Full funnel builds: 5-10 business days (inclusive of copy, page setup, and follow up email/text/bot sequences broken into individual tasks)

Very little after onboarding. During setup, you fill out your Brand Hub with details about your business, offers, and customers. After that, we're mostly self-sufficient.

For each request, you just tell us:

Podcast tasks take 2-3 business days for episodes up to 45 minutes and include:

- Basic audio cleanup and enhancement

- Intro/outro and ad slot additions

- Basic transitions and cuts (if requested)

- Show notes formatting for website or newsletter

- Episode description for podcast players

- 3 promo clips with captions

- Upload-ready files

For video editing, we include similar assets to podcast editing but also add in color correction/grading (if necessary) as well as motion graphics or stock photos if requested.

Yes, you control your subscription and can easily cancel in our portal without having to explain yourself or jump through any hoops. Upon cancelling your subscription, you will retain access to your staff until the end of your current billing cycle.

Example: If your subscription was set to renew on the 12th and you cancel on the 1st, you can continue to submit requests and revisions until the 10th.

All content, user data, and application data are fully contained within our own secure, private infrastructures and never shared with third parties.

With Ai being an efficiency tool for marketers, our staff is required to use our private internal Ai tools and models for any client work. This avoids your data being shared with public LLM models from ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
